Speed & Control

With increments as fine as 0.1 km/h, NOHRD Citius offers unmatched precision. From safe rehabilitation training to sprints up to 30 km/h, speed can be adjusted with accuracy. The rubberized slats provide up to 90% shock absorption, ensuring a natural and joint-friendly running feel.

Incline Training

The incline function simulates authentic uphill runs. Even at moderate speeds, the training stimulus is significantly increased, strengthening muscles, cardiovascular system, and endurance. Glutes, thighs, and calves are particularly activated. Hill programs boost strength, calorie burn, and motivation.

Reverse Walking

NOHRD Citius enables reverse walking at speeds up to 6 km/h. This movement activates the quadriceps and shin muscles, reduces joint stress, and improves balance and coordination. Especially in rehabilitation and prevention programs, reverse walking builds strength while enhancing cognitive focus.

Downhill Walking

With its decline setting, NOHRD Citius also makes downhill walking possible at speeds up to 6 km/h. This trains eccentric muscle control, improves knee stability, and enhances sensory-motor coordination. For rehabilitation, injury prevention, and coordination training, downhill walking is a valuable addition.

Push Function

Push mode transforms the treadmill into a sled-training tool. By applying resistance, the running surface is driven forward manually. Legs, glutes, core, and upper body all work together, developing functional full-body strength, explosiveness, and conditioning. This joint-friendly yet demanding training method is effective in athletic training as well as physiotherapy.

Pull Function

The Power Pull mode simulates the backward pulling of heavy loads. With adjustable resistance, the belt is moved manually, targeting quadriceps, glutes, and hip flexors. This eccentric training strengthens the knees, enhances coordination, and perfectly complements push and sprint exercises. In athletic training and rehabilitation, pull training is a proven and safe way to build balanced strength.
