Das Herzstück des WaterRower ist der patentierte Wassertank mit dem ergonomisch geformten Wasserpaddel. So wird eine maximale Wassermitnahme ermöglicht und der gleichmäßige, ruckelfreie Widerstand wird erzeugt. Training mit Wasserwiderstand ist absolut gelenkschonend, entspannend und gleichzeitig extrem effektiv.
Wir empfehlen die XL-Schienen ab einer Körperlänge von 2 m.
