Returns and Shipping

- Approval: Cancellations and Returns are approved at NOHRD's discretion.
- Shipping Method: It is recommended to use a traceable carrier (like FedEx, UPS, etc.) to ensure the return delivery.
- Packaging: Items must be packaged properly to protect against transit damages.
- Shipping Cost: As stated in their warranty, all items must be shipped back to NOHRD with freight prepaid (meaning the customer is responsible for all original and return shipping expenses).
- Required Info: You must include your name and all pertinent information clearly stated on/within the box.

Fees and Refunds

- Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may be applied at NOHRD's discretion.
- Refund Calculation: Refunds will be calculated upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
